Any required deposit or retainer may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Final payment deadlines will be provided during the booking process. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of services.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary based on your event agreement.

Cannoli Falcone will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes, but availability is not guaranteed.

Deposits, retainers, and payments may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation, event preparation already completed, and terms agreed upon at booking.

6. Event Details and Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including:

  • Event date and time

  • Venue address

  • Guest count

  • Contact person on-site

  • Setup instructions

  • Parking/loading access

  • Venue rules and restrictions

  • Any required permits or approvals

Cannoli Falcone is not responsible for delays, service limitations, or additional costs caused by inaccurate information, restricted access, venue issues, weather, or last-minute changes.

7. Venue Access and Setup Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring Cannoli Falcone has reasonable access to the event location for setup, service, and breakdown.

Additional requirements may include tables, power access, designated service space, parking, or other setup needs depending on the event package.

Specific setup needs will be discussed before the event.

8. Food Allergies and Dietary Information

Cannoli Falcone products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, wheat, gluten, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Clients are responsible for informing guests of potential allergens. While we make reasonable efforts to handle food safely, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contact.

Guests with severe allergies should use their own discretion before consuming our products.

9. Service Limitations

Cannoli Falcone will provide services as agreed upon in the confirmed booking details.

Service may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including venue restrictions, unsafe conditions, weather, traffic, emergencies, power outages, or other unexpected issues.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid using identifiable guest images without permission when appropriate.

If you do not want photos or videos taken during your event, please notify us in writing before the event date.

Cannoli Falcone is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, policies, or actions of third-party websites or services.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to booked services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
